Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Not gonna lie, part of me was scared that this beer was based on a grist bill at least partially containing peas. Call me crazy. Anyway, this stuff pours a clear brass topped by a finger of dirty white foam. The nose comprises dry wheat, grass, sharp flowers, light pine needles, light lemon pith, and a hint of sage. The taste brings in more of the same, the grassy hops pushed slightly into the middle ground in favor of some mild bready and stolid yeasty notes. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. Overall, a nice saison, the hops doing some solid work.
