Pours a hazy amber-brass topped by a finger of glowing off-white foam. The nose comprises cracked wheat, black pepper, clove, coriander, lemon zest, and a hint of cracker. The taste brings in more the same, the lemon combining with the spices to create a relatively unique farmhouse experience. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a dry finish. An interesting saison, one that emphasizes the lemon (lots o' rind and zest) and spices.
