From the 5 liter can, it pours a lovely clear amber with a large thick long lasting white head. Beautiful! In the nose, it is bready and malty, in the mouth, it is the same, a great example of a Franken Fasten (lenten-) Bock or, equally, a Heller Mai bock. Yum!
