A perfect summer refresher. Lightly sour Leipzig style Gose, brewed with Himalayan Pink Salt, Coriander, with watermelon and a healthy dose of fresh lime zest in secondary fermentation. Lightly tart with a mild saltiness, and refreshing aromas and flavors of lime drizzled watermelon.
