A pint pulled via cask engine into the test glass, Served at the brewery.
A - Straw color, a touch of haze, excellent cap retention. Lacing was ring to ring
S - Light toast malts, earthy hops,
T - Again, nice light malts, more pronounced hops, but in keeping to the style, I would guess, Fuggles/Golding mix
M - Beautiful on the palate, not creamy, not prickly. Finish was pleasantly dry
O - A very good Bitter, with all the boxes being checked.
