“If You Brew It...” is a light lager with both rice and corn which are two ingredients historically used in American brewing (before quality barley existed). It uses classic German hops to pay homage to our immigrant brewing forefathers who developed the American Brewing tradition. This finished product is a true "beer flavored beer."

16oz can, no apparent freshness date. So happy to finally try a beer from this brewery. I got the shirt as a gift from my now late uncle last year, and have wanted to try a beer ever since then!
L: clear golden body; tall and gamy white head
S: biscuit, cracker, corn, grassy hops
T: biscuity & crackery pale grain, corn, rice perhaps, hops are more present than the usual macro adjunct lager and add some herbal/grassy notes and bitterness
F: lighter body, effervescent carbonation, sweeter finish with moderate bitterness for the style
O: super easy drinking beer. Perfect for a baseball game.

Excellent color, magnificent aroma, wonderful flavor and easant feel. There is not truth to the rumor that the $28 price for four, 16 oz cans of it influenced this review.
