Brother Pucker is a hybrid style, marrying traditional Belgian aromas, with a tart, fruity blackberry finish. This balance was achieved by co-pitching a traditional saison yeast strain, with a new hybrid yeast strain and following it up with an addition of Oregon blackberry puree. The result is a bright, refreshing, balanced summer ale, with plenty of tart fruitiness.
