Tropical Chimp is a hazy, New England-style IPA, highlighting the intensely luscious, tropical notes of the Talus hop, with a supporting cast of El Dorado and Azacca. This beer has a strong bouquet of tropical pineapple, coconut milk and cedar, with a mild bitterness and smooth finish. As with all IPAs brewed at Brother Chimp, this beer is lactose free.
