Pours a clear amber with fluffy, thick head.
Smell is smokey and bready with notes of cured meat, knäckebröd, toast and citrus peel.
Taste is smokey, bready and a bit mineral. Notes of cured meat, knäckebröd, toast and citrus with a soft bitterness. Very crisp and clean with great drinkability.
Mouhfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a great smoked beer, very close to Spezial and Schenkerla.
