Pours a hazy pale yellow with soapy head.
Smell is crisp and crackery with some herbal hints. Notes of citrus and knäckebröd with some hints of boiled vegetables.
Taste is crisp, crackery and a bit herbal. Moderate bitterness and notes of citrus, knäckebröd, vehetables and wheat dough.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a nice, just short of very good.
