Canned 2021/02/12
Pours a med large frothy fizzy 1 finger head with med retention, fair soapy lacing, crystal clear light pale color
Nose starts with pilsner malt, grainy-sweet, a bit doughy, cereal grain, a little straw, fair corn some from the real corn and some from pilsner malt, light floral herbal hops
Taste brings more of the pilsner malt up front, grainy-sweet, doughy, straw, cereal, etc, with more corn, not a ton of corn and not creamed or vegetal corn, cereal grain corn, fair herbal slight spicy hops with med-lighter bitterness up front, then dry crisp bitter finish with med to a bit higher spicy hop bitterness, soft lager, no leftover mineral presence, well maybe a faint hint on the back end
Mouth is med bod, soft and crisp lager, med to a bit higher foamy carb
Overall nice, kinda German style pilsner, with nice crisp finish and good hop presence, nice malt character, corn blended well without being vegetal or creamed-corn like
