Crowler filled on 7/9/20

Pours a dirty gold body touched with burnt orange accents and topped with multiple fingers of rocky, white foam; good head retention leavand small cap, expansive, soapy collar, and gobs of webby lacing spread generously around the glass.

Aroma opens with fresh lemon oils and lush pineapple before bittersweet guava and ripe lychee are steadily welcomed in; grassy tropical cream offers an easy transition over the middle to lime hard candy and a building floral perfume tone taking hold into the back end of the bouquet, though not before bits of mango make a fleeting appearance on the close.

Taste puts a deft balance of ruby red grapefruit, lemon zest, and passionfruit kn display upfront, becoming increasingly citric with orange tang before a light undertone of creamy mango cuts into the back end; candied grapefruit and overripe lychee fade through the close alongside firm, flaky pale malts for an excellent harmony of the sweet and bitter.

Mouthfeel features a medium body with a plush, fluffy, moderate-high carbonation; hops oils create a sleek, coating texture into the mid-palate, inviting a steady, resinous bitterness creeping through on the back end and finishing with a creamy, well-attenuated twang of delicate acidity and slightly sticky lingering.

Comprehensively soft yet vibrantly expressive and exceptionally layered; an eclectic profile in natural harmony with a rock-solid structure whose consistency simply can't be undone, and thus grazes the essence of everything a hybrid (NE/West Coast) IPA can be.
