Received a undated 16 oz can from a poker buddy 5-26-25. Consumed 6-16-25.
Beer poured clear gold with a nice white head with the original pour.
Nose has light notes of earthy hops but getting nothing from the malt base.
Taste has a touch of white bread in which the hopping balances things pretty well and leaves a residual black pepper on the back end; 6/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and nicely refreshing after watering some of the new plantings.
Overall, this is not a bad beer but with all the standouts out there it is doubtful i will revisit.
