Maibock's, or Helles bocks, are lighter colored beers brewed in the winter for a May release. This malt-forward number has a deep gold hue and a delightful clover honey aroma.

Had a pint while dining in for lunch with Da Boss 5-31-26 for $6.54.
Beer poured honey gold with a nice off-white head.
Nose had notes of honey bread and herbal hopping.
Taste is a honey and bready malt base. Hopping brings a light touch of herbal hopping that makes this nicely balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and pretty smooth.
Overall, this is a nice representation of the style!
