We try to run a family place- which is in equal parts lovely and chaotic. One day, leaving after a full hour of playing in the toy corner, one of our younger patrons, usually here for the hot coca, shouted the name of this beer from the doorway. And in our experience, he's not wrong. This beer, brewed with red currants and rhubarb, fermented with Belgian yeast, is fruity and peppery and on the drier side, and full, we hope, of imagination.
