Thanks, Sam!
Was lucky enough to get this one and a bunch of other good stuff from Sam. Untappd description called this one “This beautiful kettle sour is loaded with raspberries and has a sweet, yet tart finish that makes it super-crushable.” I will for sure overrate this one because I love raspberry so much.
Poured a deep amber-to-light garnet color with two fingers of fizzy khaki white head. Just a few bubbles I could see coming up along the sides of the glass. Good spotty lacing. Decent retention. (Sight - 3.50)
Smelled raspberry, raspberry jelly, raspberry purée, vanilla, tart berry, cran-grape juice. Just as good from the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Taste was not quite as good as the nose. In order got raspberry, raspberry purée, vanilla, cran-grape juice, tart berry and raspberry jam. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Sticky texture. Average carbonation. Sugary, smooth finish. (Feel - 4.50)
This was nice. Not quite as good as the blueberry-raspberry version I had, but I really enjoyed it. (Overall - 4.25)
