It's described by the brewery as a "fruited sour ale." Medium-dark reddish-amber, pinkish-white head that quickly dissipates. The aroma is of raspberries and something common with many other sour beers. In the taste, the raspberries are nicely balanced with medium-kilned malt. Sour, but not extremely so, with a little of the kind of bitterness I've noticed in many sour beers, Medium-light body. Well carbonated but not fizzy. Overall, a very enjoyable beer.
