For an undistinguished Looking style, Lil Louis Walton Looks better than average. Smells are average dark beer, mostly dark and slightly toasted malts. For Tastes, fresh is the first and last thing to cross my tongue; but there is a nice malt base, balanced with just enough hops. Refreshing. Clean. Making this medium-mouthfeel lager shows skill @ 4 ABV.
I usually have dark lagers in the winter months, but I wanted this fresh. It paired suitably with last night's leftover pizza.
I am a fan of Orkenoy (my 11th unique.) But then, I have easy access as they are just off the 606 where I ride my bike several times a week. Orkenoy opened during the worst of The Pandemic and I hope they also survive the endemic.
