On tap poured into a pint glass. It is a reddish amber color, filtered with a 1 finger off white head. There was not much smell other than faint grains. Doesn't taste half bad. It has a crisp taste of light malt and a booze hint on the finish. Decent smooth mouth feel with a dry finish. Overall not bad but doesn't leave an impression worth remembering.

The appearance of this beer was a large sized smooth ivory head with fine-medium bubbles. The body was uncarbonated and clear with a red hue.The nose was moderately malty and sweet and the flavor was somewhat malty. It had a smoooth mouthfeel with a light-medium body. The lacing was fair.

A very beautiful beer with a great red-hued amber body, the creamy ivory head produced super nice lacing on the glass. The nose is light and caramel malty. The taste comes up with a nice sweet caramel malt start and finishes reasonably dry. The feel is medium and is very nice with food, causing the palate to clear nicely from the dry liquid. Nicely drinkable beer, but better with food than a session of pure beer.

Clear bright reddish-amber in color, floral hoppy aroma, huge creamy off white head that clings to my glass. Starts sweet and has a light caremel-chocolate malt flavor, then finishes with a crisp dryness, the hops really stand out. Light body, thin yet soft mouthfeel, very tasty and drinkable, a little light but not bad.

This city has a gift for red ales. A foamy white head sits atop a deep red-brown sea of flavor. The chocolate sweet aroma leads into a complex flavor profile consisting of an opening caramel followed by coffee, then chocolate and finishing with a smooth bitterness all supported by a smooth full body.
