It poured a hazy amber with a small head - which surprised me - possibly too cold (my would be my fault). Tasted good. Decent Weissbier from an impressive local brewery just outside of Bamberg.

Sampled at the brewery pub.
This hefeweizen poured a cloudy, golden color with fluffy, white foam that persisted for a while. The smell was a strong banana aroma with a hint of cloves. The taste was full of bananas and citrus and yeast with a touch of cloves. Nice overall. The mouthfeel was smooth with medium body and good carbonation. The fruity flavors lingered nicely. This was a good, enjoyable hefeweizen.
