A complex blend of base and specialty malts make up the malt bill, and after an extended 3+ hour boil, the kettle was loaded up with 8lbs per barrel of marshmallows during whirlpool. Steeped post fermentation on a blend of cocoa nibs, almonds and more marshmallow. Drinking this beer reminds me of drinking melted chocolate ice cream out of the container, seeing how many marshmallows you can fit into your mouth and the Toro y Moi set at the 2013 Loufest.
