Poured into a Gulden Draak tulip. Pours a hazy, medium golden amber with a big, half glass white head with great retention and thick lacing. Aroma of gentle grainy malt, light lemon and grassy and floral hops. Flavor is grainy, somewhat husky, malt, light citrus and hints of overripe stone fruit, saison yeast with light funk, light grassy and dry floral hops. Finishes dry with a nice light bitterness, grain husks and dry floral hop notes. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A solid, rustic saison with a great grain backbone and enough hops to make it more interesting. The hops were selected well to give dry flower/plant support to the malt. Sturdy mouth feel for the ABV.Nicely done.

Served in 16oz tulip. Poured a hazy light gold color with 2+ inches of white head that had very good retention and lacing.

The aroma had nice and bright yeast up front, a solid grain foundation, and some floral and fruity hops in the background.

The flavors were the same, just better defined and brighter.

The body was medium, smooth, and had a pleasantly dry finish.

Drinkability was very good, i could see drinking a few more of these.

Overall, a very nice brew. a must-try if you see it.
