Pint on tap at The Bine in Bothell. at lunch today This is just a lovely pilsner, crisp and clean and bitter. I've had it from lukr tap or whatever it's called at the brewery before, too.

Clear golden, medium sized head, floral and grassy and citrus on the nose. Taste is lightly bready and lemony with a lemon rind and grass kick. Mouthfeel is light, clean, dry.

I had this beer on-tap from a side-pour tap in a pilsner glass at the brewery in Bellingham. They call this a Polish Pilsner.

Appearance: medium golden hue with a moderate haze and a thick, creamy foam head. Really excellent looking.

Smell: good malt aroma with a slight yeastiness. A really good aroma that reminds me of my travels in central Europe.

Taste: richly malty with a bit of yeasty character. It's a little sweet, but in a good way, with a noble and just-bitter-enough hoppiness.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and decent creaminess. Not quite as creamy as that amazing head would suggest, but nice.

Overall: this is really an excellent lager that I'd be happy to drink all night.

Huge, sustained rocky white head. Almost completely clear, light gold appearance. Slight peppery, floral and herbal hop essence, along with a medium light malt accompaniment, for the aroma. Moderate levels of herbal and floral hops, along with a medium toast malt character, for the taste.

They call this a Polish Pilsner, and more power to them. Pours a clear, bright yellow-gold with abundant foam in the tall Stout glass. Light and sudsy in the mouth with plenty of spritz. Aromatic of straw and alfalfa. Malty flavor of sourdough bread and cucumber. There is a hint of dill somewhere.

This is as good a Pilsner-style brew as I've had, seems like. Strikes the right balance among malt, resiny hops, and an acidic edge. Modest bitter aftertaste with a hint of bitter greens. From the 32 oz crowler can filled at Elizabeth Station.

Served in half-litre mug. Poured a lightly hazy light gold color with over two inches of foamy, rocky head that long lasting retention and light lacing.

The aroma had a solid grain base, topped with lightly floral hops. The flavors were the same, a pleasing, basic, 'beeriness'.

The body was on the thin side of medium and smooth, with a semi-dry finish. Drinkability was good, an easy quaffer on a nice afternoon. Overall, another nicely done lager from this brewery. Worth trying if you see it.
