Served 16oz tulip. Poured a cloudy straw yellow color with well over an inch of white head that had long-lasting head (a trademark of this brewery) and good lacing.
The aroma had a very good grain base, with spicy yeast scents on top.
Pretty much the same on the tongue, with a touch of bitterness added in.
The body was light-medium, smooth with a touch of coarseness, and had a bit of bite on the semi-dry finish.
Drinkability was good, an easy quaff.
Overall, a pretty solid beer. Maybe lacking a touch of personality, but still worth trying if you see it.
