Extra special Czech-style pale lager brewed with a traditional triple decoction mash and hopped with Czech Saaz and Saaz Comfort hops. Bright and floral with a full body, easy drinking strength, and a crisp, refreshing bitterness.

500ml bottle served in a curvy Monhegan pint glass. Batch #1. Bought it a couple days ago at Beer Junction.
Pours clear light yellow, medium sized dense head, lots of carbonation. Smell is lager funk, lots of grain husk, lemon and grassy hops.
Taste is very nice grainy + grassy + lemony profile, just the right touch of honeysuckle sweetness to go along with the hearty kick of bitterness.
Mouthfeel is light, dry, and crisp. This is an excellent beer.
