Appearance: Pours a clear, deep brown with a thinning, wispy, ivory-hued head.
Smell: Moderate toastiness with a generous glug of sweetish caramel sauce. Lighter fruity esters, light alcohol tones.
Taste: Toasted breadcrusts, sprinkling of grains. Pleasant caramel character which is sweetish without being overly toothsome. Floral, lightly tangy plum note, a little spiciness and a touch of alcoholic heat. Maintains its sweetish quality with some tanginess, a bit of pepperiness through the relatively smooth finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Decent.
