I haven't had a dubbed in quite sometime, this reminds me of what I've been missing. I need to keep an out eye for flavorful ones like these. The best attribute here is the taste, I certainly enjoyed it.

Appearance: Dark brown with some ruby highlights. Frothy, Khaki colored head with good retention.
Aroma: Malty, with dark fruit like aromas. No roasted malt or burnt aromas. Sweet smelling. Alcohol not detectible.
Flavor & After Taste: Malty with dark fruit like flavor, confirming aromas. Alcohol peeks through a bit. Sweet at the start but finishes relatively dry.
Mouth-feel: Medium bodied. Effervescent. Sweet yet drying.
Overall: I'm learning more about this style. I've worked through some high quality Belgian made ones. This is very close to St. Benardus in my opinion. They hit the body and higher carbonation expected in this style on the nose. Similar mouth-feel, aroma and flavor. The flavors exactly confirm the aromas - dark fruit & on the sweet side. Maybe not quite as complex St. Benardus, but very impressive. This is a solid brewery. Needs to be more appreciated in Atlanta.

Look: A nice mahogany with a thin white head the disappeared rather quickly.
Smell and Taste: Mostly dry.
Feel: Watery and seltzer like on the carbonation. Best thing going is the 8% ABV.
Overall: Not my cup of tea. Guess I'll go drink more Stouts.

Appearance: Pours a relatively clear, robust mahogany-hued body with a medium-small, off-white head.
Smell: Caramel-brushed toasted maltiness underneathe an emboldened, lightly tangy-scented dried fruitiness along with some ripe banana. Liberal dusting of earthy spices and a spritz of alcohol.
Taste: Spiced, sweetened, caramelly banana's foster with a handful of dried fruits suggesting raisins and dehydrated cherries along with a splash of citrusy orange apertif. Warming, spiceful, fruity, toasted finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Pretty solid.
