Appearance: Brilliant, clear amber color. White fluffy head, with good initial retention. Head doesn't stick around as long as many German version, but quite acceptable.
Aroma: Light toast, a little floral
Flavor/Aftertaste: Toasted bread, a little grainy, spicy. Restrained bitterness. Starts sweet, but ends snappy and dry. Very clean lager profile
Mouth-feel: Moderate carbonation. Nice smooth creamy mouth-feel.
Overall: Well crafted and enjoyable. Hits the style box well. No flaws. Nice toasted malt flavor with some hops spiciness mixed in. Starts sweet but ends crisp, dry and clean. A slightly noticeable bitterness as you drink that provides some good balance. Rating vs similar style. Gets high points for pure drinkability.
