Brewed with Mike from Crime & Punishment Brewing, our love for traditional English style beers guided us to the good path of ESB. We brewed this one slightly out of style with a boosted ABV, less caramel malts, and mashed low and thick for a full body and dry finish. As you spoon out the fragments of citrus preserved in a honey concoction and spread them on European spiced bread slices it is announced another barrel has been freshly coopered.
