This is an old favorite of our brewer Zach created while working with his pals at Forest & Main. Brewed with a mix of grains and lots of our house aged hops then fermented in stainless steel. Reconditioned on a lemon-dill oleo sacchurum. A fine early morning drizzle like white pepper falling from the mountain sky, milk-fed flowers inspire gin martinis.

Clear straw-gold color with a thin cap of near-white head with great retention and lacing. Straight straw in the nose. Dill, lightly sour, tart lemon and hints of berry up front in the taste. Dull tea bitterness and straw in the finish. Medium bodied with moderately prickly carbonation. Dill forward but with a great enough base such that it’s still very drinkable and not a gimmicky pickle beer. Good stuff.
