The fourth and final beer on the Aufsess Brewery Tail, 15km after setting out four hours earlier. We were knackered and thirsty, so notes are minimal! This was September 2023.
L: Dark honey gold, bright white, fluffy head. Small amounts of carbonation were seen in the glass.
S: Soft, buttery malt.
T: Sweet brioche; mildly bitter; long, sweet finish.
M: Mild and full.
O: After 15km of hiking, I'm probably not in any state to say anything other than that this hit the spot!

This lager poured a clear, golden-amber color with white foam. The aroma was rather thin, but "lager like". The taste was nicely dry malt with good, aromatic, noble hops throughout, and offering a pleasant, light bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel was smooth and dry with medium body and moderate carbonation. A very drinkable lager.
