(Keg at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20250110) The beer poured brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, molasses and toasted malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were toasted malts, grass, herbalness, molasses and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty, hoppy and bitter. A tasty and surprisingly hoppy dunkel.

A: Dark mahogany colour, not quite opaque, small head which didn't hang around too long.
S: Slight malt but fairly neutral, came out a bit as it warmed.
T: Subtle malt and dark chocolate, hints of berries.
M: Light texture for a Dunkel, moderate carbonation.
O: Subtle, not bursting with flavour but went down very well. Would recommend.

De Landbierparadies. En copa hefe de Bavaria. Viendo El Hombre en el Castillo 1x02. Todo lo que uno espera del estilo bastante bien implementado. Muy bebible, invita a acabarsela pronto a base de tragos largos

Pours a clear nutbrown color with a bubbly, fluffy eggshell head.
Smells of caramel malts with some sweet toffee to them, balanced by a rustic whole grain bread quality. The nose is all abouts the malts, pleasantly complex, sweet and inviting.
Drinks very well, light and refreshing with a well rounded malt profile, which gets surprisingly well enriched by an effervescent, slightly mineralic carbonation.
Tastes of toffee malts with glazed caramel among whole grain bread, minerals and a bright, aqueous effervescence. Develops a pleasant leaf dryness with a note of bakers chocolate during its finish.
Very light but with a well developed malt profile which is far away from monotonously sweet.

Bottle via a brewer who visited the brewery last week. So fresh!
A A amber colored beer, I think filtered
S Malty breadlike aroma
T rather sweet and malty toffee like.
M mellow and mild
O nice example of the Dunkles style, but I preffer something more hoppy.
