New Ridge Brewing "Hefeweizen"

Look: Typical golden colored body. Very hazy but not quite cloudy. The white head holds well and leaves some nice lacing behind.
Smell: Sweetish wheaty malt with notes of clove, plastic, and banana.
Taste: As the aroma suggests with a hint of acidity. Balanced median to moderate bitterness. Finishes with lots of banana.
Feel: Medium bodied and effervescent.
Overall: A pleasant, well brewed and balanced hefeweizen with authentic character.
