My second round today at The Brewery, with a kick-ass bowl of chili.... served in an Imperial Pint glass....
It was mostly clear, with the color a dark golden-copper. Head was rocky and frothy, off-white and fluffy at 1/4". It lasted well, leaving good lacing behind. Nose was lots of rindy, citrussy hops; quite inviting. Body was medium to medium-plus, and the feel was mostly smooth, all-in-all.
Flavor had lots of fruity notes... started off sweetish, with some apricot, then got more bitter, with rindy, pithy pineapple and grapefruit. Would have liked more sweetness, but it was very good, in the end! Prosit!!

On tap at the brewery. Not for the faint of heart. Constant wave of hops. Notes of citrus. Overall a fine beer. Perfect for a cold New England winter's night.

Bottle from the brewery
Pours a hazy medium golden color with a decent sized off white head that slowly recedes to a cap on top. Aromas of juicy citrus and fruit with and earthy and spicy edge with sweet caramel and toffee malts with a hint of burnt sugars. Sweet caramel, toffee and burnt sugary malts are much more pronounced than the aroma led me to believe. Light fruity earthy hop flavor with a moderate to high level of hop bitterness. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation. Nice English inspired IPA I quite enjoyed sipping on this.
