A- Goblet pour from taps at the brewpub. A puffy white cap forms at one finger displaying decent retention. No ring remains after the head dies and lacing is only in a few rare spots.
S- Tartness is huge with a fully lactic character. Lime very apparent and very fresh coming out with supreme authenticity. Lime is truly the star and it is not just a general citrus note.
T- Just as in the nose. Lactic and wheaty base trade off with a great deal of lime. Fresh and limey without any cheesy summer beer feel. The lactic lends a yogurt feel but with lime that is rather complimentary.
MF- Light body and a creamy texture alongside some puffy feels. High end carbonation ending off with slickness and a moderate sourness.
Some of the best lime flavor in a brew, period. The lactic and fresh lime flavors are basically meant to be together and this is a brew that would truly dominate summer if I could find it in retail.
