From a 64oz growler
Pours a hazy golden orange color, thin head with not much lacing on the glass.
Smell seems more like a Hefe with a strong wheaty character with clove and coriander-like notes.
Taste has a lemony citrus zing to it with some subtle flavor spicings of coriander, carbonation is fairly crisp with a semi-dry finish.
This is a very easy drinker and less "herbal" than some gruits tend to be.
