This special offering is brewed with oak chips, and Ahtanum (?) and Centennial hops. It had a nice dark copper color, but no head at all, and minimal lace. Verrry mild nose, just some malt, but nothing more. Body was a bit thin, but still ok on the smoothness meter. Flavors were all on the mild side; slight malt flavor which contributed some sweetness, and there was some nuttiness present, too. An ever-so-subtle hint of hops wrapped things up. A very mild bier, with some good flavors, but very understated.
