Draft into Belgian Snifter
Look: opaque dark purple color, poured a half finger head which dissipated into a medium ring
Smell: Strong lime, sweet blackberry and some light malt notes
Taste: Strong tart lime laced with blackberry. Finish is lime zest with sweet mellow malt.
Overall: While it’s on the stronger end of tartness, it’s not pucker inducing. Good balance of lime, blackberry and mellow malt
