Lunch with my wife at The Brewery.
This beer was a golden color with a medium-sized white head. There was a small amount of lace.
Hop city for the aroma, citrus and pine. A little bit of sweet malt.
Taste was even more hoppy: grapefruit, rind, pine, resinous. Some biscuit present also.
A nice hop bomb. Try it.

Stopped in today for a leisurely lunch with Alewife and opted for a new Tyler offering - Project X : Columbus. I understand this will be an ongoing series with the same base malt profile but featuring a different hop in the leading role.
Had an imperial pint filled with a deep, bright golden liquid. Carbo was fine and slow, with a thin, creamy, white head up top. Lacing was quite nice. Nose was like all hops - rindy and resiny! Mouth was a solid medium +, with the feel being quite smooth on the tongue.
Flavor had some light sweetness, with emphasis on the "light" part. Had loads of lupes, though! Was bitter, rindy, piney, pithy.... you name it; if it describes citrussy, west-coast hoppage, it was here! Very well-made and tasty! Really hit the spot with our nachos, burger, and buffalo chicken. Prosit!!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
