Bernadette the Grisette. This quaffable low-ABV Belgian ale is a deliciously smooth and crisp cousin to the Belgian Saison. Notes of lemon citrus and pepper on a light and refreshing malt body.

Had Bernadette at the Five Wits tap room, Chattanooga, on draft into 10-oz. $3 "lunch beer" shaker glass.
Pours cloudy gold with 1-finger near-white head, with good retention, leaving splotchy Belgian lace down the glass. Aromas of mild peach and yeast spice off pour, then a little bready malt, with the peach and spice aromas continuing as warms, joined by some melon aroma. On tasting, begins somewhat smooth and creamy, then yeast spice and tart peach, matching the aroma, with a little grapefruit and melon, over finally a little bready malt, before a drying, nicely herbal, bitter finish.
As far as I know, an on-style grisette, nicely fruity and moderately spicy, with a clean bitter finish.
