Chilled 16 oz can of Tradewinds Mind Block Maibock poured into a sham pilsener glass. Little white head over a healthy amber body. Initial flavor is balanced, with a modest pleasant bitterness supporting the malt body. The malty sweetness eventually takes over the tastebuds. Finally the alcohol taste comes through. I think this is a very good maibock. It's especially appreciated because of the lack of the style in the market, and the malt emphasis is also rare these days. Thanks, Tradewinds.
