Saison aged in an oak barrel with the addition of wild yeast and bacteria. The result is soft sourness and fruity notes. Small batches are aged on Michigan fruits or dry hops and aged in bourbon, rye, gin or wine barrels.

This batch was aged on Michigan peaches. It is excellent! Very sweet; very easy drinking. Leans more toward a fruit wine than a beer. Probably the smoothest brew I have ever had.
