The newest Polish Pils series is an amalgamation of old world hop flavor (spices and herbs) with a brand new hop "princely" which imparts a unique fruitiness we haven't captured in previous iterations. It contributes even a subtle coconut character, which sounds counterintuitive but actually works beautifully in this highly sessionable and refreshing Pilsner.

First in this experimental series I have gotten to try, won't be the last! Clear darker gold with a full white head and lacing. They advertise notes of herbs, coconut and apricot, I get all of that in the nose, though the coconut I don't know if I would have noticed if unprompted, also lemon and orange there too. Bready yeast pairs wonderfully in the nose and taste. Taste adds a touch more from the backbone of malt, but otherwise the same. While hops provide plenty of flavor this never looses the lager script! Feel is emblematic of this being malty and yeasty is a fuller body for a pils, lush yet still crisp and clean.
