Borne of imported malts and domestic corn grits for a complex yet light body. Adorned with a dry, Champagne-like finish, this beer shimmers with refinement. Highly carbonated and delightfully fruity, it dances across the palate like a string quartet across crystal parquet. It is not merely a beer, it is a toast to five years of devotion to lager, precision, and polish. This beer incorporates all of the hops we use in our core beers that have defined us from the beginning.

Huge off-white head atop a somewhat cloudy bright yellow body. Smells of bread and grain with lemon pith, minerals, and lager malts. Taste is pretty much the same, but a touch muted, almost a baked corn note in the background that I can't exactly put my finger on. Feel is obviously highly carbonated and light, but also very thin, yeast is drier but still somewhat expansive on the palate for a clean finish, but overall pretty wispy. Paired well with raclette for new years!

Mostly clear pale gold with a very tall, airy white foam head.
This one cracks open with more corn on the nose than Original, dried and toasted, but also grape leafs.
Taste seems even tangier than Original, yellow tortilla chips meet with an almost green hop presence conjuring...tomatillo? Representing only a faint accent though.
The crisp, lighter but round body, is perhaps a bit filmy.
