Had on tap. Very reddish brown mostly clear body with a khaki bubble cap. Aromas of sweeter caramel malts with honey grain accents with dry earth and with a kiss of hops on the finish. Taste is much the same, only malty instead of grainy all the way, subtle cereal and nutty tones underneath. Feel is lighter bodied and very smooth but doesn't have much dynamic nature to it, flatter for a bock

I had this on draft 8/10/25 @ the Hopleaf.
Mostly see-through dark orange appearance.
Small white head; nice lacing remained.
Honey & cereal grain notes in the nose.
Medium thick mouthfeel.
Honey & cereal grain flavors up front; mild pine bite on the finish.
A bit sweet, even for a bock. Still overall enjoyable.

Nut brown color. Aroma is brown sugar and ginger. Taste follows the nose but is a lot sweeter than expected. Body is medium=light. A pretty tasty beer but just a bit too sweet to be an excellent one.
