We love WC Pilsners because they combine the desirable traits of a lager, namely clean drinkability, with the pungent aromas of Pacific NW hops. Aromas of berries, citrus, and tropical fruits shine on top of a light and crackery Pilsner malt profile for pleasant drinkability. We used a traditional method called "krausening" to naturally carbonate this beer for silky smooth bubbles.

I had this on draft on 9/5/25 @ the Hopleaf.
See-through dull orange appearance.
Small off-white head; strong lacing remained.
Christmas tree, peach & fresh ganja notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Peach flavor up front; STRONG dry pine finish.
Bold but a bit harsh on the finish.

Had on tap. Golden clear body, large white head with tons of crowned lacing. Smells strongly of west coast hops, especially the pine and resinous variety. Taste has nice lager tones underneath with malty and bready tones, but the hops dominate. Feel is crisp and bittering to the point of almost being dank, higher carbonation. An ipa in disguise
