Excitingly pale in appearance, with lots of big carbonation bubbles showing and a moderate, short-lived head above.
Smells dry and biscuity, very malty and clean. Hopped lightly with just the slightest hint of fruitiness. A simple and pure nose and very inviting.
The taste is clean and extremely fresh, with grainy malt being the main factor and a soft hoppy and a Kölsch-like fruity note on the side. There is a good spicy touch in there as well. Somewhat of a neutral taste all in all, yet there is plenty of character to this beer and not a thing out of order or left to be desired.
Spritzy and gentle carbonation pleases the mouth, while the soft and clean springwater relieves more than just your appetite.
A beer stripped to the essentials and a guarantee for a highly satisfying drinking experience.
