From the half liter bottle, it pours a clear light yellow color with a marvelous, long lasting, white head that slowly reduces. The nose gets an pleasant earthy scent. The taste follows, with the expected cooked vegetable flavor coming through, along with some pilsner bitterness. There are many worse NAs out there.
