Pale yellow body, light touch of cloudiness; decent head, white and fluffy. Gorgeous aroma; light and bright with a sense of citrus and floral notes; tangerine; perfumy. Watery citrus flavor; a very mild touch of biscuit sweetness; light to moderate bitterness. Medium-light body; somewhat coarse on the palate.
This is a weird beer in that it tastes and feels more like a lightweight New England India pale ale than a lager brewed with oats. One might expect a grainier flavor and more of a lager smoothness, but they're not there. A pleasant beer but kind of a head scratcher as to what is intended with this beer.
