Sweet brown sugar and toffee, raisins and dates, a hint of vanilla and molasses, and a prominent but balanced, bourbon barrel boozy nose on this one! Taste follows with a exactly with a bourbon boozy finish. Bigboi at 17.3% ABV! And it is so balanced that it drinks under its weight! As with most Private Press BA beers, you have to give it time to warm and open up...and when it did, it melded into some fantastic double barrel-aged Lyfe! Those barrels were singing!
